The staff at this hotel were incredible! Mustafa and Muhammed were always helpful and friendly, making our stay even better. The chef cooked delicious meals and the waiter kept the restaurant clean and tidy. The cleaners did a great job as well. The rooms were comfortable with large balconies and amazing views of the castle and sea. The location was convenient, with everything within walking distance. The hotel even had a beach right in front with affordable sun loungers. The payment system was good and the air conditioning worked well.

Felt relaxed, nothing was too much trouble.

It had outstanding food, friendly staff. The idea to include an electric kettle and a fridge in the standard room was nice. Bathtubs in the bathroom was a plus. We truly enjoyed the hotel and would stay here again.

The room at Cimen Hotel was amazing! The air-conditioning kept me cool in the scorching heat, and I had my own balcony with breathtaking sea views. The private bathroom had a hairdryer and a nice shower. The TV and minibar added a nice touch to the room.

Only thing I didn't really like was that the rooms were all the same.

During my New Year stay, the view from my room was amazing! The location was spot-on, walking distance to great restaurants, cafes and all the local attractions. I particularly enjoyed the room being modern and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful for any of our questions.

I wasn’t able to always get a good connection with their Internet, which was frustrating when I was trying to plan some things out. Although the room was lovely and clean, it was also quite small which made it tough to manoeuvre around each other.

Nothing could have been better.

The breakfast was decent and we appreciated the two complementary drinks that were included. The hotel's location in the heart of the city was ideal and allowed us to easily explore all the nearby restaurants and shops. The view of the ocean from our room was spectacular and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The noise level was unbearable. The room was not soundproof and every night we were disrupted by the loud music coming from the nearby bar.

The reception makes you feel welcome and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and dinner options are amazing and delicious. The room was always clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. You will definitely appreciate the convenience of being so close to the city center and the beach.
